No, I'm not an attorney .... I'm just an individual that's bought and sold 10 timeshares on the resale market in the past and I know a lot about timesharing via having owned and researched all phases for over 13 years (however I know nothing about all the different point systems). What kind of fraud was in your written contract that your socalled attorney found .... Btw, try 'googling' jock wood and see what you get.
