jayjay -- I get all kinds of things when I google jock wood. What did you have in mind? That is not my real name. It's a name I made up. I don't know the basis on which my attorney got me out of my timeshare. I was asked that question by someone else. I just got frustrated with The Manhattan Club's uncooperative management and after a year of trying to deal directly with them, decided to put the matter in legal hands. The Manhattan Club is, however, being charged with fraud through a class action law suit. The issue is The Manhattan Club does not have time available for owners. They are renting the timeshare suites on the open market like a hotel. The owners are pushed to the back of the line. I hope this clarifies why so many owners are frustrated.
