Hello fellow members, Here is your answer to all of those refurbishment fees, holdover fees, surcharge fees, .. Shall I go on. Well, of course they took us to court and Had our trial today. We are not finished yet because their weasel of an attorney slid a paper back to the judge without us or our attorney verifying the amount. So the judge ruled in the contract where it states that Club Land 'or can charge all those fees,( article 8 ) There is no explanation or said amount of what each fee represents nor a limit on the fee. So it would be ridiculous that they could charge 1 million dollars So he just omitted it and threw out all those charges.
