Amen! Anyone who says that the HOA makes the decisions about maintenance fee rates is not telling the truth, because the majority of board members on each HOA are either employed by DRI or are family members of this dishonest operation. This is how they maintain control and are able to raise maintenance fees even though the minority of board members disagree with them. It's all a set up!!! I feel like I'm in a concentration camp and the only way to get out is to die!!! Never ever get trapped by purchasing a timeshare from DRI. You'll regret it for the rest of your lives. Wake up people!!!
