Vida seems to reach out to unhappy owners that make a stink on one or more websites. They don't want the details spread out on the internet. No one knows what the details of the situations settled to the owners satisfaction because one of the requirements of the deal is confidentiality and deleting all the posts that can be deleted and offering up the simple message that the situation has been dealt with to the satisfaction of the poster and no further info posted.
