[Q=jw151] We are at the phoenix on the beach as I write this post, the remodel started at the top of the tower and is completed down to the 4th floor. They have started to remodel the 3rd floor floor of the villas. The management claims to be completed by the end of this year.[/Q] Thank you so much for the update. It sounds like we did the right thing by skipping the Divi Phoenix for 2015 and going elsewhere. We would be on the second floor of the Villas and it would probably be pretty noisy with construction overhead. We'll be back in 2016!
