I signed a contract with them. I was promised market selling price. I just received a letter from Laurie Hart in La Mesa, CA phone no 855-429-3293 iwth an offer of $285.33. I have to pay $479.00 to change the deed. I know that I have been ripped off but I really need to get out of this timeshare. I would like to know if anyone has agreed to their offer and if they just once again take the money and run? Thanks Karen
