It's a SCAM !!! All they want is your money and then they will come up with another excuse why they need more money from you. It will only stop when you quit sending them money and then they will ignore you and your is gone. NEVER pay anyone money upfront to sell your timeshare. Send a copy of the letter to the Attorney General in your state and let them know about their scam. I'm sure there are complaints already filed against them. You can also contact the FTC at 1-877-382-4357 to lodge a complaint. They have a unit dedicated to timeshare fraud and they might be able to advise you about the company.
