carolynt40....read the post again. The judge will decide the amount and the amount going to the lawyers. But remember, this is just a court ordered settlement. It remains to be seen how much money is even available...if anything. You may be sorry you didn't at least give it a try. I, for one, am very skeptical about any money (cash) being recovered. Hope I am wrong......time will tell.
