I tried to get a week in March at my home resort but there is no availability. Could that be perhaps because they are renting out the rooms? And yes, your maintenance fee is paying for operations and maintenance of the properties. They take your cash and then jack up the maintenance fees to unconscionable levels. It should be a crime.
