They are total scam artist. The throw this unrealistic number at you saying they can sell your timeshare for a certain amount. After the ten months with no luck they guarantee to buy your timeshare. What they don’t tell you is they have this shady real-estate agent obtaining quotes from ebay for $1.00 auctions. So in the end they offer to buy your timeshare for $1.00! It’s set up this way. They have no data showing any purchases for any amounts above $1.00. Do not use them by any means! They will not refund you the money you paid them. [Q=clatrn] I know I have heard to never pay an upfront fee to sale a timeshare. I got a call from the above company and it is in the contract that they will buy the timeshare for the market price if it has not been sold in 10 months. I usually believe if it sounds to good to be true it probably is, but if anyone has actually had luck with them I would give them a try. I checked the BBB and did not see any complaints.[/Q]
