A reputable attorney will go to court or mediation. I know of one who had gotten several owners reimbursed their entire investment due to misrepresentation. That's only time to go out of pocket. There are also a cpl who manage accounts with guarantee pay on utilized points or free up points by working your system. I'm a wyndham owner and prior employee that left due to different values .
