Lance is right a class action lawsuit usually only makes the attorneys rich. You could sue them in small claims court which is less expensive and you can represent yourself. Use the emails as evidence. There is a good chance they might want to settle with you rather than face a judge and explain the promises they made. There are many ways to negotiate with them that you can do first before considering using an attorney. I negotiated two deed backs and got rid of two timeshares in without anyone's assistance in 2011. Good luck.
