CC4, I have not yet been able to resolve this issue. I was actually quoting someone else, who had been posting everyday saying that their issue had been "satisfactorily resolved", and it just seem a little too suspicious that to me that someone would go online everyday to say the same thing. BTW, I think Barbara439's idea is great. We should all get together and sue this people.
