Renting reservations is a great way to try to recover some of your maintenance fees. If you don't have the time and patience to do it yourself, a rental broker can help. The most important thing to remember, is that you NEVER pay any type of upfront or advance fee! A legitimate broker earn a commission from the rental price, and is only paid when the owner gets paid!
