Be prepared for a big assessment - with hurricane Joaquin coming through the Bahamas they'll probably try to sock it to you ! Doesn't matter if it hits them or not, they will probably assess you for it. Check reports with weather there after storm. They did it before so I imagine they'll do it again. Last time it never touched them but they sent out a special assessment for storm damage.
