NEVER pay anyone money upfront that claims they can get you out of your timeshare. Like David states they are all scam operations. All they want is your upfront money. If you are desperate enough to send them money then they put you on the " sucker list " and you will be contacted by them again claiming they can recover the money you lost in the first place. It's a never ending scam.
