I apologize for your experience. I've researched any client resembling williamw594 and have not found any. No company is 100% on anything including us, but that again does not mean we didn't try our best. To say we did nothing is absolutely untrue. I see how hard Cheryl works every day and I know how hard I work, so excuse me if I take offense to statements like that.
