Susan... what do you know about these people other than what they tell you about themselves to get your money. Anyone can create a website and use a mail drop box for an address. How do you get your money back once you realized you've been scammed ? These people change names and move on after enough people file complaints with the authorities . You cannot write it off your taxes. Donate for a Cause is being charged by the federal govt. for running a fraudulent income tax scheme. Anyone who tries to write off this on the taxes is just as guilty as the scammers themselves. These scams have been going on for years and people still fall for it. You have a better chance of winning the Nigerian lottery .
