Hello Sandy. To my knowledge there is only one class-action suit proposed so far, by attorney Lowell Sidney in Manhattan. You should contact him for information. The other attorney who is working with owners is Doug Wasser, also based in Manhattan. He is NOT pursuing a class-action but serves as a liaison for 30 or so owners with the Attorney General's office. Good luck.
