I am very frustrated as many of you are. I've read your messages and I am going to be in touch with Mr. Wasser. I paid $$42,000 for my unit...YES...$42,000! I have a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit. I too was told that they would buy back the unit if I wanted to sell it! When I called them, they told me that they weren't buying any units back any longer. It's very frustrating to have to call so far in advance to use something you paid for. The maintenance fees are at a point where they're so high for 1 week stay, that I could stay in another hotel with the amount of the maintenance fee...! I've listed my unit almost 2 years ago and not even one bite. Not even for 1/2 of what I paid for it.! I feel like I was really taken with false promises. Last year the unit was old looking and worn.Where is all that money going to that we all pay?
