That was better than the $900 maintenance fee for the year so I was happy to just be done with it![/Q] You are very fortunate. No resort is ever OBLIGATED to accept deedbacks. Some that will agree to do so will first require 1, 2 (even 3) years' worth of maintenance fees to be paid upfront before the HOA will agree to accept a "feedback". Be grateful for your good fortune.
