I have rented to Kristie Wade with Grand Resort Travel several times in the last 13 Years... She has rented from me as short notice as 3 weeks from check-in date and paid my listing price and as far in advance as 8 months. Personally, we have had NO issues at all. Usually we require payment in full upfront final and non-refundable. It is in writing, they sign the agreement and return with payment. We live in Indiana and usually get the payment and signed agreement within the same week. Once check has CLEARED, we add her guest to the reservation. We have had no problems with any of the reservations booked. We have worked with Grand Resort Travel off and on for the past "13" YEARS and looking forward to many more... All the renters on Redweek are unkown to us... but as long as we get paid first and then add the guest name, we are happy to rent to any "UNKNOWN" redweek member. Hope this helps. Keep Vacationing!
