What about those of us who dutifully continued to pay maintenance fees that climbed precipitously because of those who refused to in protest? [Q=tulipblossom] It is apparent that it will be some time before the exact stipulations are known as to how the settlement proceeds are to be allocated. I would certainly hope that those of us who doggedly pursued this action with letters and conversations with the A.G.'s office and with the Judge would garner some benefit. There again, I suppose none of us will know until the final terms are made public.[/Q]
