I also am an attorney but i frankly have not had time to focus on this. I own a fixed week 2 bedroom lock off in the platinum season. I try to rent the week or turn it into points and go to other properties when i can. I thought about trying to sell but the weeks literally have no value--they are listed for free on redweek. I am not sure what can be done but would be interested in other people have ideas.
