I some how doubt that those owners of 50+ weeks and even 10+ weeks bought all of the units retail from Marriott. There are a lot of misrepresentations by sales folk and that has never really held up if for no other reason as there is no proof that it was said and the written contract generally super cedes oral promises or representations.
