Hello Ken1193, I want to start by apologizing for my "I don't know why I'm waisting my time" comment. Obviously on the internet you don't know who your dealing with and I have the most respect for the men & women who serve our country. Cheryl and I take pride in our work and I know how hard we work for our clients, so sometimes I may overreact (especially when the previous complaint was proven to be a fraud who was never a client of ours). I do not take so much pride that I don't think we can improve and get better at what we do and that has always been and will always be our goal. Any help you can offer from your experiences that can make us better would be much appreciated.
