According to the business filings on the state of Missouri website, Interjit Grewal, owner of Grand Regency created a new Grand Regency HOA company named Grand Regency Homeowner Association, LLC which is a for profit corporation on June 27, 2017. The original HOA was Grand Regency at Thousand Hill Owners Association, Inc, a non profit corporation which as formed in 2001. This smells bad. Be very careful.
