First of all, welcome to the forums, and wisely asking questions before buying. As Ken noted, buying at developer prices is unwise. I would suggest that you decide where you would like to buy in at, then check the rentals on this site and others such as tug. Rent one first, to make your decision then buy re-sale. You will save a boat load of money. Skip the dog and pony show, as Ken mentioned it only leads to frustration and promises that in most cases won't get you anything. Do your home work, and most of all remember that it is a never ending escalating MF's, and if buying into a low demand, not enough points to trade, you will probably be stuck with it should you decide to sell later on.
