You sound like a Marriott Timeshare salesman. Room charges are not $900.00 per night. I rented a Marriott Brekenridge Colorado on a Memorial Day weekend for $103.00 per night. I can rent via red week a seven day Marriott Aruba Ocean Club for $1,900 in May 2018. I can rent a Marriott Aruba Ocean Club this May from Marriott for $330.00 per day. What location charges $900.00 per day unless you are talking about New Year’s Eve. What I am saying is maintenance fees alone are $1,500 per week for one bedroom to $2,000 per week for two bedroom. Too much of the maintenance fees are spent for fixing poor reparations or repairs or even on frivolous lawsuits.
