I received the legal documents to transfer my properties back to Wyndham 27 days after I talked to someone about the Ovation program. The documents arrived via email as a pdf attachment. I have completed the paperwork and returned it. I asked for the "Limited Edition" of the program and I will get 3 years of "free" timeshare use (all of my points) with the restriction that I no longer have the extended "home resort" window for reservations. If all goes well I hope to be out from under maintenance fees by August or September. I will continue to post updates for those who are interested.
