In Mexico the workers are paid in Peso's and probably make a 1/3 of mainland us average minimal wage. Cost of living in Hawaii is much higher. For a similar quality AI in Hawaii, I would guess the cost would be about 5 times what you paid in Mexico. The closest you may find would be a prepaid meal plan that would not include alcohol and the price would probably limit where you could eat and average to the top 75% of the menu while excluding the top 5% of the menu. You are going to have to pay as you go but you can go cashless at many resorts and charge everything to your room.
