I was given the price of 1500 down and 1500 over a 12 month period. I was also told that only the top two floors were going to be available for time share owners. the rest of the floors are going to be for regular hotel guests. my guess is that they need the time shares back since they will only have two floors available for owners and the irony of all this is that even though they need these deeds back they are going to charge us. let me know if you file a complaint because I was thinking of doing the same thing.
