What they told you probably was untrue. Did you pay for anything at this sales presentation? If so, you can probably rescind. If you want to get rid of it, remember that Westgate has a deed back program for owners who want out and are up to date on their maintenance fees. The charge is about $900. But if you're dead set on getting rid of it, then this is probably the best option for you.
