Stephanie, Diamond Resorts just concluded a lawsuit with one timeshare exit company. The news release, which Diamond published on "PRNews" is a piece of fluff, touting that they stopped another exit company. I'm not so sure. What is interesting about the article is that Michael Flaskey, Chairman of Diamond Resorts, stated that Diamond will assist people who have "had a change of circumstances" and want out of their timeshare. You might want to read the article and pursue Diamond directly. Mr. Flaskey's comments seem to say that they will help you. Let us know what you find out.
