Glenda, Not meaning any disrespect, but It appears you are responding to a very old post. You need to refresh your knowledge. You should probably read the Manhattan Club AOD which is posted on the NY Attorney General's site. You can also read this thread going back 40 or 50 pages. If you want to be included in something, there is one attorney currently working on this matter (Jean Marc Zimmerman), and you must contact his office yourself. His office will advise you on their requirements. Search this thread for his contact info. (use the search function in the upper right corner!) Good luck.
