Thank you for all the suggestions and information. It seems that it is the right decision not to pay the exorbitant fees to the scammers and crooks who have victimized and conned all of us in the past. Hopefully no payment and will get my deed back sooner. During my younger days, I used to like the noisy dynamic and vibrant Times Square, Theater district, 5th Ave....I am more like my two physician daughters now who enjoy quieter areas such as Chelsea, Soho, Gramercy Park....etc. Time to move on.
