hello johnd2105, regarding TMC ownership, you are correct in FACT. however, ownership at TMC is not a REALITY. owners ordinarily have a say in the operation of their property. TMC "owners" do not have that privilege. perhaps our litigation with the current attorneys could change that scenario. all owners should consider joining attorney zimmerman's lawsuits on our behalf.
