We own three units in the Manhattan Club which we too would like to get rid of. Would you be kind enough to tell me how you went about turning in the unit and how much you received for it? We own a studio, a one bedroom and a penthouse-full flex. Any help/advice you are willing to provide will be greatly appreciated.
