Class Action Against Diamond Resorts? (by Heather D.):

Please advise if this phone number is still valid. We just experience a type of hostage situation at Polo Towers in order to get us to get 5,000 additional points to add to the 80k points we have been duped into buying over various different “updates”. We were not able to leave for over 4 hours as the sales agents had our DL’s and even after repeatedly telling them we could not afford to purchase any additional points 2 agents ganged up on us until we felt we could not leave until we signed on the dotted line. So upset and don’t know where to turn to get action on this company and it’s sales tactics. Please help us
