You are correct that this is top season but you may be asking too much! Don't forget as we move forward in timeshare we have to shift our thinking to understand that people are becoming more educated. They are buying less from the developer and going direct to resale to save money. This also means that they know what the maintenance fees are!!!! Take a look at what you are asking for rent!
