At least on our 4200 members Facebook all have been accepted in the hamster wheel of recycled inventory. Arbitration is a kangaroo court. At a trial I attended they said Diamond only lost one arbitration case because “you signed a contract” and most complaints are “The sales agent says” so too bad.
