I’ve heard this assertion a number of times and I can’t say it is untrue, but AMEX was our saving grace. When we lived through our nightmare many, many years ago, the AMEX employee we worked with actually acted on the evidence we gave him.

Since he denied VG’s claim, we have endured a load of crap from VG in a number of threatening ways, we have just ignored them.

So, thanks AMEX. May any of you victims find the guy who helped us.
