I submitted the form after I got back to the U.S., and then they scheduled a hearing. Fortunately, Vida Vacations had caved and cancelled my contract and returned my funds, so I didn't have to go through the hearing. They were really nervous, though, and wanted me to "call off the dogs" when it came to Profeco.
