Resort and rooms are very nice. The nicest I have ever stayed in. only negative is that you pretty much need a cab to go anywhere. Which we did often because there is only one active restaurant. We didn't mind because it is a very quick cab ride to sayulita, punta mita, La Cruz, Nuevo, and Bucerias. It probably would be the same to rent a car for the week as it was to use cabs. We never were asked once to buy or participate in a timeshare presentation. The place sells itself.
