I signed up with Vacation Register, never ever heard anything back from them. I did not trust Century 21, I see for good reason. I constantly hear from organizations telling me that my timeshare can sell for 15,000.00 & that I should list with them, provided I give them money. I have a 1 bedroom, week 42 in Daytona Beach and have no idea how to go about selling it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Whatever you do, do not believe anyone that tells you that you'll get anywhere near 15K for your week 42 in Daytona. For one thing week 42 is off season on Florida beaches. We sold a May week (2 bedroom, oceanfront unit, 1200 sq. ft. wrap-around windows, Gold Crown (RCI), 5 Star (II) with a 100 ft. wrap around balcony) for $3000 at Daytona Beach Shores. This was at one of the nicest timeshares on Daytona Beach.
