Owning a week during Biketoberfest has it's disadvantages. We were at Daytona Beach during their Spring BikeFest one year (we didn't realize it before going). The noise from the ultra loud roaring motocycles kept us up all night while the bikers constanty rode up and down the beach highway (when do these people sleep?). After that we always researched to see when any sort of bike fest was anywhere near Daytona Beach or anywhere else we were planning on going to.

In my opinion, you would have more luck renting your Daytona week 42 than selling it, especially for anywhere near 15K (developer price). There's a week 42 listed here in Daytona for the selling price of $3000. So far, no takers. There may be others, but I researched only a few timeshares in Daytona, since there seems to be many floating weeks in that area.
