www.timesharetransfer.com is a closing company used by many people buying and selling timeshares. They are based in Vero Beach. They have a very good reputation for their quality, integrity and honesty. Their fees are listed on their webpage.

If you don't care for an escrow service (holding monies until the transaction is compete) then www.timetraveltraders.com charges only $75 for a simple closing, although they are not based in Florida.

Also, redweek offers a closing service called American Title. You can do some research in their help section to see what their fees are.

BTW, you don't have to use a closing company in the state where the week is being bought and/or sold.
