Tips On Renting Out Timeshares (by Phil L.):

I have stated this for years and see no reason to change my feelings now. Never buy a timeshare thinking of renting it for a profit.

Buy at a resort you love going to every year and if other choices don't workout then go enjoy your resort that year!

Never buy for profit because timeshares are the worse investment around.
