This entire thread, especially jayjay's followup, should be on the list of "must reads" for newbies to this great web site who are thinking about trying to sell their time share. The resale and rental trap described was clever and probably duped many into coughing up their hard earned money in their hurry to sell and avoid another year's maintenance and tax.
